Where can I buy tickets for the scheduled boat service?
Tickets können online, beim Ticketautomaten an den Anlegestellen, direkt am Schiff oder am Kassahaus in Pertisau erworben werden.
Was kostet ein Ticket für Kinder & Jugendliche?
Kinder von ab 7 bis 15 Jahren erhalten – 50 % auf den Ticketpreis für Erwachsene. Kinder bis 6 Jahre werden frei befördert. Ein Altersnachweis ist erforderlich.
Are there group rates?
The group rate applies to groups of 10 or more people and offers a 10% discount off the regular price.
What benefits do I get with the AchenseeCard / Guest Card?
With the AchenseeCard, guests receive a 10% discount on the Hop-on Hop-off day ticket.
What benefits do I get with the DahoamCard?
Upon presenting the DahoamCard, adults receive a 10% discount on the Hop-on Hop-off day ticket. Teenagers up to 18 years old travel for free with the DahoamCard.
Is there a discount for people with disabilities?
People with a disability of at least 50% receive a 10% discount on the ticket price upon presenting a disability pass. Group rates are not available.
Companions of people with disabilities
Companions receive a 10% discount on the ticket price if noted in the disability pass of the person they are accompanying.
How does the Hop-on Hop-off day ticket work?
With the Hop-on Hop-off day ticket, you can get on and off once at each dock. The ticket is valid on the day of purchase.
Round Trip – Duration, Cost & Route
The round trip takes approximately 2 hours and 10 minutes. The fare for the Hop-on Hop-off day ticket is €29. With this ticket, you can get on and off once at each dock.
Northern Round Trip – Duration, Cost & Route
The northern round trip lasts approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. The fare is €27. Travel time may vary.
Southern Round Trip – Duration, Cost & Route
The southern round trip lasts approximately 35 minutes. The fare is €18. Travel time may vary. Route: Pertisau – Buchau – Seespitz – Pertisau.
Which ship offers the onboard restaurant?
The onboard restaurant is located on the MS Stadt Innsbruck. On the MS Tirol, we offer light snacks and beverages.
Seat Reservations
Seat reservations are not available. Due to the constant change of passengers, there are always enough seats available on board.
Dogs on Board
Unleashed dogs or dogs without an appropriate muzzle or dog carrier are not allowed on public transportation in Austria. We strive to ensure a pleasant and smooth journey for all passengers. Please support our crew by adhering to the legal requirements (leash and muzzle requirement) on board.
Don’t Forget the Muzzle
If you do not have a muzzle with you, one can be purchased on the ship for €10. Transport of dogs is free of charge.
Small Dogs on Laps
Austrian legal requirements cannot be waived. The leash and muzzle requirement are mandatory.
Relaxing with Your Dog
Please also consider that our scheduled boats are usually very busy, which may cause stress and anxiety for your pet. If this is the case, opt for a ship during less crowded off-peak times.
Can I reserve a boat?
Unfortunately, boat reservations are not possible. It is on a “first come, first served” basis.
What if no boats are available?
If no boat is available, your name will be added to a waiting list, and a time will be arranged for when the next boat becomes available.
Where is the boat rental located?
The boat rental is located in Pertisau 6213, Seepromenade 38.
Who can rent a boat, and do you need a boating license?
No license is required to operate the boats. Anyone aged 15 and above can rent a boat.
Can children ride without an accompanying adult?
Children under 14 years old are only allowed on the boat with an accompanying adult.
Will I get a refund if I return the boat early due to bad weather?
In case of early return due to a weather change, no refund can be given.

Where is the departure point?
Der Abfahrtsort ist beim Event hinterlegt. Bitte planen Sie genügend Zeit ein, um auf das Schiff zu kommen.
Can I celebrate my birthday on the ship?
Yes, you can charter a ship for the occasion or join a group event.
Can I host a corporate party on the ship?

Can you get married on the ship?

Where can I find parking around the lake?
Parking near the docks is available in Pertisau, Seespitz, and Seehofkapelle.
Where can I find bus parking?
Bus parking can be found in Pertisau at the parking lot behind Hotel Christina, and for the Scholastika quay in Achenkirch at the Sixenhof Museum.
What are the parking rates for cars?
Parking is charged at €2 per hour. After 4 hours, a day rate of €8 applies.
What are the parking rates for buses?
Parking is charged at €4 per hour. After 4 hours, a day rate of €16 applies.
What is the maximum parking duration?
The maximum parking duration is two days.
